Downtown Bed & Breakfast Rates & Policies

    Rates/Room Occupancy:
    All rooms are $95.00 per night and include a hot breakfast for two daily (hours noted below), in our own White Front Cafe.  Rates do not include applicable taxes and are based on single/double occupancy. There will be an additional charge of $50.00 per person, per day for each person 12 years and older in a room. Rates are subject to change.

    Deposits:
    A deposit of 50% is required to secure a room for individual bookings.  The balance is due upon arrival.

    Payment Methods:
    All credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

    Check In/Check Out:
    Check in time 1:00 p.m. -- Check Out time 11:00 a.m.

    Cancellations:
    Individual room cancellations are not allowed within 2 weeks of arrival. We will make every effort to re-rent a cancelled room, but make no representations to such. There is a $25.00 fee per room for cancellations.

    Smoking:
    No smoking in any room.

    Handicapped:
    Our Bed & Breakfast rooms are located on the second floor.  They are not handicapped accessible, as there is no elevator, only a stairway up to the second floor.

    Pets:
    We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

    Telephone Usage:
    Most cell phones are workable on premises.  Our land line phones are available to use for local calling only. A list of local emergency numbers are located in the hallway by the phone.

    Damages:
    Any cost for repairs related to damages done to the room that you are occupying will be charged to you. Understanding accidents can happen; we will be as fair as possible if it is brought to our attention at check time. 

    Restaurant Hours:
    Sunday and Monday - 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    Tuesday to Saturday - 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Breakfast for two on us served till 2:00 p.m. weekends and 11:00 a.m. weekdays
